We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all users while complying fully with applicable laws, payment processor requirements, and card network regulations.
1. Policy Statement
ZimCupid strictly prohibits:
- Human trafficking, slavery, forced labor, or exploitation of any kind;
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Non-consensual sexual content or exploitation;
- Physical abuse, coercion, harassment, or threats;
- Any unlawful activity involving minors or vulnerable individuals.
We are committed to preventing the use of our platform for illegal, exploitative, or abusive purposes and require all users, employees, contractors, and partners to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZimCupid:
- Engaging in, promoting, facilitating, or condoning human trafficking or modern slavery;
- Uploading or sharing content involving minors in sexual or exploitative situations;
- Uploading, posting, or distributing non-consensual intimate images or videos;
- Using the platform to advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate illegal sexual services or exploitative activities;
- Harassing, threatening, coercing, or abusing other users;
- Creating fake profiles for fraudulent, exploitative, or deceptive purposes;
- Sharing content involving violence, abuse, exploitation, or illegal conduct;
- Attempting to recruit, groom, exploit, or manipulate minors or vulnerable individuals;
- Using bots, automated systems, or deceptive tactics to exploit users.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of content, account suspension, account termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
3. Age Verification & User Consent
ZimCupid is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and older.
To access or use the platform, users must:
- Confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration;
- Provide accurate age and profile information;
- Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
User Acknowledgement and Consent
Users acknowledge and consent that:
- Other users may view their uploaded photos, videos, and profile content;
- Users may contact them through the platform;
- Uploaded content may be displayed, streamed, shared, or downloaded where platform functionality permits.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right and consent to upload any content shared on the platform.
4. Content Moderation & Monitoring
ZimCupid maintains procedures designed to detect and prevent prohibited or illegal content, including:
- Reviewing and moderating reported profiles, images, videos, and messages;
- Removing content that violates our policies or applicable laws;
- Monitoring suspicious behavior, fraudulent activity, or abuse reports;
- Investigating complaints related to harassment, exploitation, impersonation, or illegal conduct.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion where violations are suspected.
5. Reporting & Takedown Procedures
We provide users with mechanisms to report illegal, abusive, exploitative, or non-compliant behavior or content.

6. Consequences of Violations
Users found violating this policy may face:
- Immediate removal of content;
- Temporary or permanent account suspension;
- Restriction of platform access;
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities, payment processors, or regulatory agencies where appropriate.
ZimCupid fully cooperates with investigations involving illegal activity, exploitation, abuse, or trafficking.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
While ZimCupid actively works to maintain a safe platform, users acknowledge that:
- User-generated content is created and uploaded by individual users;
- We cannot guarantee the conduct, identity, intentions, or actions of any user;
- Users interact with others at their own risk.
We encourage users to exercise caution when communicating or meeting with individuals through the platform.
